"Babymoon" to Rome

We just came back from Rome from our trip.  During the trip, I realized I should have thought of a few things and would have made it a lot nicer!

 - Check how you get to shower/bath where you're staying!  The shower/tub I had to get into was higher than my knees and it was a struggle with my belly to get in and out.  Plus the shower screen was involved folding inwards, which means less space.

 - Pillow between the knees.  I didn't realize how important that was... I have been using a pregnancy pillow at home that goes between the knees.  The first two nights, I had hip pains.  3rd night, hubby found extra pillow in closet, and VOILA I can sleep with no hip pain!

 - Don't go to Rome.  lol  Rome is lovely, but there is just so much to see and do, and we tried to do it all in 3 days!  Lots of walking.  I may have sat down inside the Sistine Chapel and fell asleep.  Go to somewhere with only a few things to see, to ensure a relaxing stay.

 - Stick out your belly on public transport!  Doesn't always gurantee you a seat on a crowded metro/bus, but it did half the time.
