Baby-stuff filled week!

It's been a busy week, despite the fact that this week and the next is May vacation.  We ordered a bunch of stuff online last week and they have almost all arrived on different days.  We also went to Ikea on Wednesday night and bought the crib to have it delivered as well.  It's been very exciting to get baby stuff!!

List of items that have arrived this week:

• 12 pack of Smartipants (washable diapers)
• 1 kilo soap nuts 
• What to Expect in the First Year book
• Baby-gami book
• Crib and mattress (once the mattress has been out of 3 days, I can finally try on the crib sheets I made to see if it fits!! *crosses fingers*)
• A birth package from our insurance company here; I had no idea they were going to send us a BIG box!!  Some of it I haven't figured out, but I didn't have to buy some stuff, like maternity pads if I had known they were going to send me them too!  

I have also started on an hourglass quilt.  All I have to say is... never again.  And if I DO do it again, because I forgot what a time-consuming and tedious process it is, I'll buy better quality white cotton.  I'll blog about the quilt later, whenever it is that I do finish.
